General Terms

These terms apply to all MiyoGhost avatars, assets, textures, materials, edits, and digital goods unless a product listing states otherwise.

Please check each listing for included files, requirements, and any special rules before purchasing.

Using Your Products

Let's get your new goodies working properly! ♡

• If you use any of my assets, avatars, or textures in media or content you share online, please tag or credit MiyoGhost! I'd absolutely love to see what you create, so feel free to share your work in my Discord server. I can't wait to see what you make! ♡

Licensing, Credits & Ownership

Products are for personal use unless the product listing or license specifically grants additional permissions. You may use your purchases on your own VRChat account and in permitted projects.

MiyoGhost retains the rights to its original creations. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original work.

Please provide credit whenever the product listing or license requires it. Any third-party assets remain subject to their original creators' licenses and rules.

Editing & Modifications

Personal edits are allowed only when permitted by MiyoGhost. Please be in Miyo's Discord server for applicable editing permissions and guidelines.

Please do not:

• Claim the original work as your own.
• Remove required credits.
• Share edited or original files without permission.
• Give project files to people without the required license.
• Leak, trade, resell, or sublicense files.
• Publicly upload Unity packages, textures, or source files.
• Redistribute modified versions as a replacement for purchasing.
• Share purchased files through Discord or file-sharing sites.

Refunds & Digital Goods

Digital purchases are generally final once downloaded, except in cases such as duplicate purchases of the same product.

Double-check product details, compatibility, and requirements before buying. If your download is missing, corrupted, or inaccessible, please contact MiyoGhost for help.

Support & Updates

MiyoGhost will address reported issues, provide fixes, and offer technical support as time allows. Updates and fixes will be handled when MiyoGhost becomes aware of them.

Update notifications may be sent via email, so please check your inbox for the latest updates and announcements.
